Refund Policy
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:
» The watch must remain in brand-new, unworn condition.
» All protective films, tags, and stickers must be intact.
(Once the protective cover has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.)
» Original packaging, including boxes and manuals, must be included.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How It Works
- Contact our Customer Service team to begin the return request and share photos or a short video of the watch.
- After approval, securely pack the watch and accessories, and ship it back using a trackable and insured courier
(local courier or EMS only).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within
5 business days.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility
You may request an exchange for another model within 30 days of purchase if:
- The watch is unworn and in its original condition.
- All tags, stickers, and protective covers are still attached.
- The complete packaging (box, manuals) is returned.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Process
- Contact our Customer Service team and let us know the model you would like in exchange.
- Ship the watch back to us after approval, using a trackable and insured courier (local courier or EMS).
- Once received and verified, we will send the replacement watch. Any price differences will be billed or
refunded accordingly.
Warranty & Repair Policy
Warranty Coverage
Every watch purchased from United Luxury includes a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Please note:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Repair Process
→ If your watch needs service under warranty, contact our Customer Service team for instructions.
→ For watches outside the warranty period, we also provide repair services at a fee. We will share a quote and estimated repair time before proceeding.
→ Watches must be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance (local courier or EMS).
→ All repairs are performed by skilled technicians, and your watch will be returned in proper working order.
